Benny Crum is a photographer based in Buxton, North Carolina. From an early age, Benny’s interest in surfing shaped his photography, bringing him to focus on movement and action in his work. While still spending much of his time photographing the surfers of the Outer Banks, benny’s work now centers around portrait photography and its juxtaposition with time, allowing him to capture the nuance and unfiltered authenticity of relationships and individuals.
